Rent out Xico for your next party, meeting or event!

The Xico facility is located at 7th Street and Buckeye south of Downtown Phoenix and offers different rooms and areas to best suit your facility rental needs. Facility rentals can be arranged for Monday through Saturdays from 9am-5pm. Facility rentals include a 50% non-refundable deposit, due at signing.  A $200 cleaning charge will be added for any trash, food, stains or damage to the facility that occurred from your event. Damage to artwork will result in a $200 charge + the value of the artwork that was damaged.

Community Room

    

   

Our facility features a professional conference room with a large conference table, twelve cushioned chairs, fridge and widescreen TV with Airplay capabilities.

$60 an hour for-profit | $50 an hour non-profit | 2 hour minimum


GALLERY SPACE

     

    

Our gallery space regularly rotates artwork and features four major exhibitions a year. The multipurpose gallery features floor to ceiling windows allowing for plenty of natural lighting and great views of Downtown Phoenix. This space is equipped with speakers, lights, tables and stools and can easily be customized for your event's specific needs. 

$75 an hour for-profit | $60 an hour non-profit | 2 hour minimim


Xico Terrace

        

       

The Xico terrace is a perfect spot for evening events or outdoor events in the cooler months. With space to comfortably fit 30-40 peopl in the space and room for tables, decorations and more. 

$75 an hour for-profit | $60 an hour non-profit | 3 hour minimum
